Specialist in the field of polyurethanes, Allrim offers a large range of resins adapted to the electronic industry. Allrane isolating resins are according to RoHS European Directive, they're non toxic, without any solvent, VOC, TDI or MOCA. We also commercialise auto-extinguible and halogen free resins according to the UL94VO standard.
Our team offers a range of products going from very resilient (42 Shore A) to very rigid (88 Shore D), fluid or thixotropic, with fast or slow cure speed, which can be used between -70°C (-94°F) and 130°C (266°F), even 150°C (302°F) on demand for specific needs.
Polyurethanes are by their inherent nature isolating. For encapsulation which face special stresses, we offer solutions with other Allrane resins : skin effect resilient foams, transparent resins, technical elastomers.
Using Allrane polyurethane resins for encapsulation, potting, ensures having the best quality and length for the components and facing humidity, adhesion and shrinkage.
