准备生产设备的投资与选择以及执行IAR流程；
Prepare the investment & selection of production equipment and IAR’s;
向国际运营管理层汇报资产情况；
Reporting to the International Operations Management for assets;
样品制作；
Prepare new samples requested by the sales;
制作作业指导书；
Make the work instruction for new product;
供应商审核。
Process audit of outsourcing supplier.


Requirement:

Bachelor degree or above, degree in an engineering or related field;
Good team player;
Min. 3 years of working experience in production, engineering or a related field, foam manufacturing or automatic field is plus;
Must have production management background;
Knowledge of technical processes;
Must be fluent in English (at least writing);
Good computer skills (e.g. MS office, Lotus Notes);

Flexible in terms of travel and overtime.
