Raw Material or Formula for Polyurethane Foaming Process

○1 polyether, polyester and other polyols--------------------main reaction material

○3water-----------chain extender, also the source that generates CO2 gas.
○4cross-linking agent------------to improve the foam’s mechanical property, such as elasticity
○5catalyst (amine and organotin)---------------to catalyze the foaming process and gelation rate
○6foam stabilizer-----------to stabilize foam as well as conduct its pore structure
○7blowing agent----------to serve as bubble resource after vaporization and to remove the reaction heat, preventing from scorching at center point of foam.
