Median-high density supersoft polyurethane foam(22-42kg/m3) is mainly applied to superior sofa, auto pillow, pillow inner, beds and so on. It gets wide popularity due to its quite low level of indentation force deflection and high level of comfortableness.
Through reducing the TDI index and using softner, median density flexible foam with indentation force deflection less than 50N is produced. This method enjoys advantages as: 1.No auxiliary blowing agent needs to be used during foaming process. 2. foaming completely by water with one-step 3.the property of foam using this method is similar to the one added with softner plus auxiliary blowing agent, and could be more of comfortableness.
